Your deep personal work sheds light on the and is part of the healing of all of the systems that you are part of, personally, culturally and ecologically.

Val Gilman is an artist, life coach and teacher. After years of teaching art at the college level, Val realized that her teaching needed to be on a deeper and more personal level. She has been a student and practitioner of Authentic Movement for more than a decade, and she brings that work together with her training in Psychosynthesis and her life long experience with the creative practice to create her business “Taproot Arts and Insight”. Her workshops offer a safe and rich environment for the profoundly healing work of tapping into your own creative unconscious and holding with compassion and love the places of growth and discovery that you find there.
